247Bet Account Verification (KYC) Process
247Bet runs KYC checks to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method used on the account belongs to you. Verification is tied to withdrawals and certain account triggers, and it finishes once your documents are approved.
- Identity (ID/Passport): 247Bet requests a clear photo or scan of a valid government ID. Accepted documents include a passport or a national ID card; some players can use a driving licence if it shows full name, date of birth, and an expiry date. The image must be in colour, uncut, and readable, with all four corners visible; if the ID has two sides, both sides are required.
- Address proof: 247Bet asks for a document that shows your full name and current residential address. Typical proofs include a bank statement, a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), or a government letter. The document must be recent (issued within the last 90 days) and match the address saved on your 247Bet profile.
- Payment method: 247Bet verifies the method used for deposits or withdrawals. For a bank card, you provide a photo of the card showing your name and the last 4 digits; you must hide the full card number and the CVV code. For e-wallets, 247Bet requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page that shows your name/email and wallet ID, plus a transaction line that matches a deposit on the account when requested.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal and can also be triggered by a change of personal details, a new payment method, unusually large withdrawals, or security flags such as repeated failed login attempts. If 247Bet requests KYC, withdrawals are paused until approval.
Submission happens in the account area under Verification/KYC, where you upload photos or PDFs. 247Bet rejects files that are cropped, blurry, expired, or do not match the account name, date of birth, or address.
Processing time is typically 1โ24 hours after upload. During peak periods or when the team asks for a second document (for example, an extra address proof), it can take up to 72 hours.
